When training becomes something else

The online support is a good idea to start practising with me 1:1 in distance to build a sustainable movement practice that can travel with you everywhere.

The process starts with an assessment, where we will talk about current level, specific goals and limitations. The coaching period is 6 weeks, where you can send videos and receive feedback continuously. You will receive a user friendly document pdf. type, where you will have access to all the video content explaining each drill and recommendations for a better practice. We will be working on specific topics depending on what your goals are: ground moves (learn principles of coordination and balance), conditioning (build a strong base to support our practice and daily activities) and awareness (understand the internal processes occurring on our body) as well recommendations to master daily habits that can help for personal development. this option is recommended for people who wants to build a strong commitment with themselves.
