Ibiza Movement Education

These classes are aimed at individuals who want to develop their physical abilities and who are willing to commit to a practice for continuous development while understanding and learning the fundamentals of movement.
In the subject matter we will be covering, you can expect to work on: your strength, mobility, acrobatics, handstands, body awareness, contact impro, improvisation and more.

All practices you will access in this place have one same principal in common : build the awareness and the physical capacity to acquire a grater skills and understanding or your physic.

We work in 4-week blocks to create an in-depth study of each subject and proper absorption of the concepts covered.

We believe in respecting the students and their ongoing work, so in order to access the classes, you'll need to first attend to the fundamentals class first. This is done simply to avoid slowing down the progress of the students. you must to do the pre reservation to save the slot on the class. we ensure enough work time and space for everyone.

The difference between the current workouts and these classes is that here we aim for long-term transformation and a commitment to a movement practice that can deeply impact our lives. For this purpose, we offer dedicated study, continuity, and organization.

Classes are limited

Classes are limited to a maximum of 20 people per class: we believe it's crucial to provide the necessary attention to each student. It's not realistic to expect the teacher to follow each student if the number of people is high.

Attendance

The minimum attendance requirement is three times a week. Students are expected to be punctual to class, except for specific reasons. We believe in the mutual respect and commitment between the students and the teacher.

Progression dynamics

We will be getting into a slow and steady routine involving a lot of partner and group dynamics. This will be crucial for a better understanding of the practice. Watching and helping others will open the space for a greater learning opportunity through better integration of the practice. Duration of the class is 1 hour 30 mins, ensuring that the volume of work is substantial and correctly executed.

Educación de Movimiento de Ibiza

Estas clases son dirigidas a personas que quieran desarrollar sus capacidades físicas, que quieren comprometerse con una practica para el desarrollo continuo y que busquen entender y conocer las bases del movimiento humano.

En la materia que vamos a trabajar te puedes encontrar: trabajo de fuerza, movilidad, improvisación, partnering, acrobacias, conciencia corporal, balance, trabajo con elementos etc.

Trabajamos en bloques de 4 semanas para crear un estudio en profundidad de cada una de las materias y una absorción apropiada de los conceptos trabajados.

Las clases suceden cada día, de lunes a sábado, pero recomendamos que vengas a clase al menos tres veces a la semana.

No se aceptan drop ins. Creemos en el respeto a el alumnado y a su trabajo continuo, por lo que para acceder a las clases se tendrá que asistir primero a la clase de asesoría que se realiza los sábados. Esto se hace por el mero hecho de no ralentizar el trabajo de el alumnado.

La diferencia entre los workouts actuales y estas clases es que aquí buscamos una transformación a largo plazo y una adherencia a la practica de movimiento que pueda impactar profundamente en nuestras vidas y para esto ofrecemos un estudio, una continuidad y una organización.

Las classes están limitadas

a un numero Maximo de 20 personas por clase: creemos que es fundamental dar la atención necesaria a cada uno de los alumnos. no es realista pensar que el profesor puede seguir a cada uno de los alumnos si el numero de personas es elevado.

Dinâmicas de Progression

lenta y constante, involucrando mucha dinámica de pareja y de grupo. Esto será crucial para una mejor comprensión de la práctica. Observar y ayudar a los demás abrirá el espacio para una mayor oportunidad de aprendizaje a través de una mejor integración de la práctica. La duración de la clase es de 1 hora 30 min, asegurando que el volumen de trabajo sea sustancial y se ejecute correctamente.

Assistencia

el mínimo de asistencia es de tres veces a la semana. se exige una puntualidad del alumnado a la clase, a excepción de alguna causa especifica. creemos en el respeto y el compromiso del alumnado hacia el profesor y viceversa.

Reservas

las reservas se harán previamente, siempre asistiendo a la clase de asesoría realizada los sábados.

Which skills do I coach?

Approaching the practice from various angles, it offers a diverse range of content aimed at cultivating strength, suppleness, and intelligence. However, its ultimate purpose goes beyond mere physical attributes; it aspires to construct a practice that is deeply meaningful and transformative.

What equipment do you need?

Flat floor, pair of rings, your body and your intention.

Do you need to have access to a Gym?

If you have access to a gym or any other facilities we will take advantage from it, but it’s not necessary.

Does it include information about nutrition?

I am not a nutritionist expert but if you wanna have a conversation about that I can give recommendations based on my experience.

Is this suited for beginners?

Suited to your current level and goals. Starting from scratch is an advantage, drawing on a empty paper is easier.

Are you too old to start now?

Never too late to work on yourself in pursuit of a better life.

Can you still do online coaching if you have an injury?

We will do a first assessment where we address injuries and any other issues.
