Strength
Moving against resistance happens at every moment. When we move, gravity, objects, and even other people exert a stimulus (weight) on our body; our response is the force we exert: we are training without even realizing it. Developing strength is vital to interact with our environment safely and empower our being. To achieve this, a controlled and educational environment is necessary for its development.
We understand strength not only as maximum strength training or hypertrophy but also include concepts such as endurance (maintaining strength levels for a more extended period), mobility (strength in wide ranges of motion), and organic strength (which refers to an application that requires more advanced body organization and occurs in multiple planes of movement, moving away from classical linearity), intramuscular coordination (the orquestra of the body), etc.
All of this is practiced in a safe, enjoyable, and collaborative environment with peers and instructors.
Movement
Movement is a word that encompasses a lot. For us, is about training our movement intelligence: the HOW we move. This is practiced in an exploratory environment, experiencing the various ways of being and existing in the body.
The ability to adapt, self-regulate, manage, and organize our body fluidly in relation to space and others is our main focus.
These teachings will be studied from different perspectives and textures, exploring concepts from acrobatics, dance, and other disciplines to learn how to:
- Move our weight through space.
- Shape our body in different ways.
- Perform handstands.
- Improvise.
- And more.
Through this approach, we aim not only to improve movement quality but also to foster a sense of community and holistic well-being in every participant.

Fuerza
Movernos contra resistencias está sucediendo en cada momento. Al movernos, la gravedad, los objetos e incluso otras personas ejercen un estímulo (peso) sobre nuestro cuerpo; nuestra respuesta es la fuerza que ejercemos: estamos entrenando sin saberlo. El desarrollo de la fuerza es vital para interactuar con nuestro entorno de forma segura y empoderar a nuestro ser. Para lograrlo, es necesario un entorno controlado y educativo que permita su desarrollo.
Entendemos la fuerza no solo como el entrenamiento de fuerza máxima o hipertrofia, sino que también incluimos conceptos como la resistencia (mantener niveles de fuerza durante un tiempo más prolongado), la movilidad (fuerza en rangos amplios de movimiento) y la fuerza orgánica (que se refiere a una aplicación que requiere una organización corporal más avanzada y que sucede en varios planos de movimiento a la vez, saliéndonos de la clásica linealidad).
Todo esto se practica en un entorno seguro, divertido y de colaboración con compañeros y profesores.
Movimiento y Conciencia
Movimiento es una palabra que abarca mucho. Para nosotros, entrenar nuestra manera de movernos es entrenar nuestra inteligencia de movimiento: el CÓMO nos movemos. Esto se trabaja en un entorno explorativo, experimentando las diversas formas de ser y estar en el cuerpo.
La capacidad de adaptarse, autorregularse, gestionar y organizar nuestro cuerpo de manera fluida en relación con el espacio y los demás es nuestro foco principal.
Estas enseñanzas se estudiarán desde diferentes perspectivas y texturas, explorándolas a través de conceptos provenientes de la acrobacia, la danza, y otras disciplinas, para aprender a:
- Mover nuestro peso por el espacio.
- Moldear nuestro cuerpo en diferentes formas.
- Pararnos de manos.
- Improvisar.
- Entre otros.
A través de esta propuesta, buscamos no solo mejorar la calidad de movimiento, sino también fomentar un sentido de comunidad y bienestar integral en cada participante. ¡Esperamos contar con su participación y juntos explorar la belleza del movimiento!

Approaching the practice from various angles, it offers a diverse range of content aimed at cultivating strength, suppleness, and intelligence. However, its ultimate purpose goes beyond mere physical attributes; it aspires to construct a practice that is deeply meaningful and transformative.
Flat floor, pair of rings, your body and your intention.
If you have access to a gym or any other facilities we will take advantage from it, but it’s not necessary.
I am not a nutritionist expert but if you wanna have a conversation about that I can give recommendations based on my experience.
Suited to your current level and goals. Starting from scratch is an advantage, drawing on a empty paper is easier.
Never too late to work on yourself in pursuit of a better life.
We will do a first assessment where we address injuries and any other issues.
Every day from 2pm till 5pm CEST time zone.
You can ask questions whenever you want through the app.
